The price we want is R3mil and you are welcome to add your commission on top of that, I don’t think the plot will go for much more than R3.2 or R3.1, so I actually suggest you selling it for R3.1mil on the market, which includes R100k in commission for you then.
About 2 years back the plot was valued for R3.2mil, so it should at least be the same value if not more . . . .
