The development has been approved for 456 res 1, Business 1 (please note that the Business 1 site is not part of the sale or price) site and 1 public open space. The development land is 21,71 in extent. All the necessary township approvals are in place. At this stage, the services reports have been completed drawings done and bill of quantities drafted.
