Chintsa is a cosy little Village just 32 kilimeters north of East London on the Wild Coast, not too far from Haga-Haga and Morgan's Bay.
The complex is named XANADU, and tucked behind a sand dune, which lends protection from most of the wind. However splendid views of the sea, lagoon and Chintsa West are still possible.
2 Weeks in a Chalet during the last two weeks of November. (Weeks 46 and 47).
2 Weeks in a Flat during the last week of February and the first week of March. (Weeks 8 and 9).
All weeks are available individually, or per living unit or as a whole.
I could also be interested in swapping weeks for something closer to Pretoria.
The CHALET has two bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom is on the upper level with the rest of the rooms being on the lower floor. A Braai Area is part of the patio on the lower level.
The FLAT has two full size bedrooms as well as a bathroom on a second level, with the kitchen, Lounge/Dining Room, a toilet as well as a Patio with braai facilities on the lower level.
Both units have further accommodation for two people on sleeper couches in the lounge.
All units therefore accommodate up to 6 (Six) people each.
All units are fully serviced Monday to Friday, and are equipped with a TV.
In addition, a Pool, Sauna, Table Tennis, Billiards and a Children's Play Area are available for residents.
Reason for Selling: The trip from Pretoria is starting to become a bit far for us.
