This vehicle has been made to replace the all mighty nissan 1400 champ and we all know that was one of the best cheap workhorse bakkies on the market for many many years it was light on fuel and very reliable but was lacking some power that's why nissan replaced the 1.4 carb motor with the 1.6i 8v motor that used in most of the RENAULTS and NISSANS lately. The new version of the 1400 champ is not a small uncomfortable bakkie to ride anymore it is much better as it was built to have much more power much more space and have smoother ride. This bakkie is a great workhorse but not only a workhorse it is a great everyday vehicle too for normal day to day trips and that,s why it is such a great vehicle its very versatile.
