Running Lotus 7 with Ford 1600 Kent Crossflow Engine

Ford gearbox.
Car has not been registered and I don't have the time to go through the process hence the good price.
Minor work still required:
- replace the steel bonnet with an aluminium bonnet ideally.
- fit seats as it currently only has cushions
- little bit of wiring for rear lights
Would make an excellent track toy if you don't want to register.
