We are selling our chicken farm with longstanding clientele by selling mostly live chickens . We need to expand because of good demand but we rather want to retire now . This is a ongoing business that needs 24/7 attention and always needs more chickens to sell. There are 7 chicken houses that can accommodate 800 chics at a time. We do a 6 week turn over of +- R 90 000 that must be doubled with potential profit of R 50,000 pm. There is a nice old dwelling, need some TLC with 4 store/workshop room outbuildings, dams, new venue for vegetable hothouse with hydroponic water/fish system [not in production yet], waiting for energetic new farmer. Plus a Small piggery of 10 pigs at a time x3 in 12 months, selling at 1,300 each.
