PROCEDURE FOR BIDDING AT THE JEWELLERY AUCTION
> The online auction will start at 07:00 on 07 November 2016 and end on 22 November 2016 at 20:00.
> The jewellery forming part of the Catalogue will be auctioned at a live auction to be conducted at 17:00 on 23 November 2016.
> The online bid will NOT be used by the auctioneer as an opening or competing bid. The online auction bids will only be taken into account at the time of closure of the bidding process at the live auction.
> In the event of there being a higher bid at the live auction, such higher bid will be the accepted bid for the lot put up for auction.
> Online bidders are encouraged and it is recommended that they place their highest offer as bid to ensure their bid is competitive.
> An e-mail will be sent to the online bidder before 10:00 on 24 November 2016 advising the online bidder of the highest bid price and whether the online bidder was successful or not.
> The Auctioneer reserves the right to verify bids received from registered online bidders before commencement of the live auction on 23 November 2016 at Willows Garden Court Hotel, Potchefstroom
