Motor already registered with frame as rebuild so no clearance needed.
Running condition but needs tlc on motor
motor mixing oil and petrol, leaking lot of oil when driving.
Don't want to drive bike as the petrol oil mixture
will do damage, motor is running and driving.
Carburetor needs to be redone as is main cause of letting petrol into oil.
